By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering & delivery

• Orders can be placed through the Refillr website.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on demand, location, and operational factors.
• While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must ensure availability at the delivery location to receive the order.

3. Product quality & responsibility

• Refillr partners with verified water suppliers complying with applicable standards.
• Customers can access quality and source information via QR codes provided on jars.
• While every effort is made to ensure quality, Refillr acts as a platform facilitator and is not the manufacturer of the water.

4. Jar usage, deposit & QR codes

• Water jars remain the property of Refillr or its partners.
• A refundable deposit may be applicable per jar.
• Customers are responsible for:
  • Safe handling of jars
  • Returning empty jars in usable condition
• Each jar contains a unique QR code for traceability.
• Tampering, damaging, or removing QR codes is strictly prohibited.

5. Subscription plans & coupons

• Subscription packs and coupons are non-transferable and non-refundable unless specified.
• Validity varies by plan.
• Usage is deducted upon successful delivery.
• Unused benefits may expire after the validity period.

6. Refunds & cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without charges.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.
• Partial refunds for unused subscription value may be subject to deductions.

7. Limitation of liability

• Refillr is not liable for delays, disruptions, or service interruptions caused by external factors.
• Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the order.
